Their Story
He was my grandpa and another reason I joined the military. He exuded class and integrity. He lived to be almost 99 years old and was still able to drive and live on his own until the end of his life. It is such a blessing that I got to know him and spend as much time with him as I did. We bonded over service. He lived it, I respect it and continue his legacy forward.
