Their Story
Every day David looks for ways to help other veterans whether it's for needed equipment, services, donations or just sit and listen to each serviceman talk about their experiences. He's always thinking of others, veterans or civilians, and what he can do to help them succeed.
“We were on a cruise when they honored all veterans on the ship. They asked veterans if they would like to say anything. David got up and told a little bit about his tour of duty and how honored he was to have been chosen to go on the Honor Flight. After the presentation, quite a few veterans came over to shake his hand and to tell of their tour of duty. I was very proud of him and cried when he told what he endured while overseas.”
