Their Story
Sgt Glenn Polk spent 33 months overseas in North Africa and Italy during WWII. He was a radio repairman on P-51 Mustangs in the 94th Fighter Squadron. He married the love of his life 2nd Lt Ruth Piquette, Army Nurse Corps, in Naples Italy during the war.
