Their Story
So proud of my son and his service. He served with the 25th Infantry Division out of Scholfield Barracks, Hawaii as an MP and was deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq. He finished his time in service at Fort Irwin, CA. He gave me the honor of being a Blue Star Mother.
“My (his mother) favorite memory is a couple things - getting to visit him in Hawaii, seeing him in his new life and the little that he talked about his time in Afghanistan and Iraq when he was getting to witness the first free elections in Afghanistan from a roof top in Kandahar. When he received his spurs and Stetson, pretty proud moment!”
