Their Story
2nd Lt Ruth Piquette, Army Nurse Corps, served in WWII in North Africa and Italy and lastly on hospital ships bringing the wounded home. She married the love of her life Sgt Glenn S. Polk, Jr., 94th Fighter Squadron, in Naples Italy
